About Ron Schwolsky

After a successful career in International Finance in New York, Ron relocated to Los Angeles to raise a family.  After fifteen years in the corporate world, Ron decided to shift gears and do something that blended his passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and finance.  In 1988, Ron purchased is the first property in Los Angeles and in 1999, Ron became a licensed California Real Estate agent.   Ron understands his clients’ goals and dedicates himself to delivering results.  Ron’s clientele appreciates his positive energy, integrity and thorough personal service.

With over 15 years of experience on Wall Street, Ron is extremely knowledgeable in interest rates, market trends and the art of negotiation. Ron says, “I am not pushy or aggressive with my clients.  I listen to their needs and goals.  I believe in dialogue and an open line of communication with my clients.  I am not a used car salesman!  If I see something wrong with a property, I mention it to my buyer.”  He is proud that much of his business is generated through referrals and repeat clients.  

An avid boater and lover of the outdoors, Ron is an ex-New Yorker with a true love of Los Angeles and all that it has to offer. This makes Ron the perfect relocation specialist for the out of state buyer.  “LA is a great place to raise a family because of the climate.  To drive my car with the top down in January or February is the best!  I love LA!”   Ron is a boating and sports enthusiast, with an appreciation for architecture and clean, Green design.

Ron has been interviewed by the Los Angeles Times, Angeleno Magazine and other media sources for his knowledge and expertise on green building.  Ron is a California licensed General Contractor (#920463), LEED  Accredited Professional and Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst.  Ron became a Certified EcoBroker in 2006 and in 2007, Ron co-founded Residential Energy Assessment Services (REAS), Inc.
